“I love Dublin. It is a big city but at the same time it feels like a town. It is really homely and I love to go to the city centre and experience the Irish culture. The Irish people are so nice and they always try to look out for you and take care of you. Even the people you sit next to on the bus are nice!”
ALEJANDRA SÁNCHEZ, SPAIN
“I feel way more independent being here. I know that I have matured a lot and grown as a person because my family tell me that they have noticed it. Here I have to be proactive. I have to know when to do things instead of my mum telling me everything. I have also learned how to take care of my own money and budget myself.”

BENEDICTA FELGER, GERMANY
“I can 100% say my English has improved since I came here. At first I was shy about speaking English with the other girls because I thought that my English was very bad but since i’m the only German girl, I have to make a big effort to speak English all the time. Every day that goes by I feel my English improving.”
SOFÍA OCHOA, MEXICO
"Dublin is a city that is really safe. Where I come from it’s not always a good idea to walk places and especially not at night. Here you can walk to school, to the luas, or to the shopping centre and you know that nothing is going to happen to you. It gives you a lot of freedom to be able to walk places and ask people on the streets questions and feel safe doing it.”
